Our AC guy Ron was great! He went through the options, with no pressure! He fixed that day, even had to go get a part! He was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful!!! Air works great!!
Robert (owner) went above and beyond the call of duty to help us multiple times. We had a terrible mold issue in our attic that required RKM to take out our HVAC system multiple times and he was patient, flexible, caring, and even helped us save money by suggesting different plans so we could pivot after disappointments with your remediation company. RKM has our total loyalty and trust and we're really grateful for their service and helpfulness. This is the first business in a long time where I didn't have to do their job for them and follow up 100x. 100% happy with RKM.

It's been over a month since our new system was installed. Brand new Goodman outdoor AC unit and gas furnace in the attic. Great customer service. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helped us select a system that was within our budget and needs. Omar and his installation team were nice and professional. Very happy so far ????

I've used RKM ever since moving into my condo 3 years ago. The first time I brought them out, my A/C unit would go on, then shut off, and continued constantly. The engineer who came on sight found that it was a busted temperature gauge on the unit and also that the lines needed cleaning. Having not known how the previous owners maintained the unit, I felt that I needed to do it to have ease of mind. They got the work done, and even saved me some money at the end. Totally top notch work and the unit has been steady since. I went ahead and got their yearly service plan so that they come out and check the unit and replace the filter for ease of mind. You don't want to be stuck on a hot day without A/C and then have to wait 3-4 weeks because they are booked! Every time they come I get a full report of what was checked and I feel confident in their work.
