Very happy with Shawn. The only criticism is that since it's covered by warrantee, we shouldn't have to pay for diagnosis of $89.
First group of guys that came out were really good and tried there best but Ron came back the following day and made sure everything was fixed correctly and saved the day.
From the receptionist who took my initial call to Omar and Ulysses who installed my new HVAC system, everyone was very professional and courteous. My family and I are more than pleased with our new HVAC system. The owner (Robert) runs a very efficient and professional business. I would highly recommend RKM Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs to have their HVAC system serviced or for a new install. Great company that values their customers.
Matthew was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Working with a company for the first time had me a little worried but he was great. He did not try to oversell me. I felt very comfortable with the work he did and the cost of the parts and labor. Thanks Matthew!
