Eh, This week

Excellent experience with RKM, specifically Jay, Jason, and Jesus. RKM installed our system almost 10 years ago and we've had zero issues with it. We recently had a clogged drain from the furnace and Jay was meticulous in identifying the issue and providing several options to remedy the situation. We were able to schedule the repair immediately and are extremely satisfied with the work completed and the crew. I highly recommend RKM for their honesty and ability to provide outstanding service at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!

I can't say enough good things about RKM Heating and Air Conditioning! My AC condenser went out during a heat wave, and my family and I were left without relief. Thankfully, RKM came highly recommended, and I now understand why.

David, the project manager, along with technicians Gustavo Limon and Miguel, went above and beyond to get us back up and running. They had a brand-new unit installed in under a day, which was a lifesaver. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept our home clean throughout the entire process. They were professional, respectful, and even took the time to share helpful advice for the future.

It's rare to find a company that delivers both top-quality work and outstanding customer service, but RKM truly does. I'm extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating and air services.

Our air conditioner suddenly quit blower cool air on a hot summer day. Super stressful to find a trustworthy repair shop! I was so blessed to come across RKM Heating and Air. I made the call, everyone I spoke to in the office was very knowledgeable (Taylor/Joanna) they explained everything in great detail with all options and complimented the whole team. They were able to send out a technician the same day. Within a short period of time I received a pre call from Miranda informing me the technician that will be arriving soon. Everyone in the office was so pleasant to speak with and all the girls had wonderful attitudes, I am impressed! When the technician Emmanuel Nieves arrived, he also was amazing, just as the team had promised he would be, again I was impressed. He had great knowledge and a wonderful attitude just as the rest of the team did!! He explained everything to me with great detail and I felt very comfortable with him working on the equipment! He has great knowledge and knew exactly what to do and how to fix the problem! I appreciate all his explanation on what he was doing to get the air conditioner up running again and the level of his knowledge to the repair as well as his great work ethics!! Amazing job Emmanuel, keep up the good work!! It's not very often you come across a great team with amazing work ethics as well as amazing attitudes! I will say this company has it! High five ???? to the whole team! High five ???? to the ower for running such a great team!! Keep up the good work! A team like that, you will all go far! Good job! Thank you for all you do to help others in a time of need!!

Gustavo and Miguel installed my new Daikin 7 Heat pump Purchased through RKM. World class installation in my opinion! They took their time and went above and beyond my expectations! I thought they were just changing my system but see the attached photos of what they did with my stand etc! Great job, worth every penny and would highly recommend RKM heating and Air!

RKM called to remind me of system maintenance. Offered me two different times and I was able to choose a time and date that worked for me. Jay and Sean did a thorough inspection and cleaned up my HVAC. Needed to have a capacitor replaced. Not bad for a 19 year old system. Everything was completed on the same day.
