Initial support of troubleshooting the AC system was great and while it took longer than expected due to the AC OEM's lack of availability on the weekends, the root cause was soon identified with a temporary workaround for AC in the meantime. The continuing rewiring of the system was clean and virtually non-invasive to interior walls with just a few exterior wall penetrations. The issue was resolved and the install team onsite was extremely courteous, tidy, and completed the job in one, somewhat long, day. I would strongly consider RKM for repeated service and support as needed.
