Our AC broke during this insane heat wave but RKM Hearing and Air saved the day. They provided same day service and were very communicative throughout the day from the minute we called. Our initial contact was Amy and she was very helpful and responsive and I appreciated the text updates. Corey was kind and effective- answered all our questions and got the job done.
We didn't get quotes from other companies because we were desperate, so I can't say how their prices compare. What we paid was worth it though. Excellent service all around. Thank you!

Wish I had discovered these guys sooner!!! Sean dispatched to the house to help me out with a problem I was having with my 4 ton unit. He ended up diagnosing the problem and giving me some guidance and options for repair. They showed up on time and did everything they said they were going to do. I have struggled over the years with trying to find a reliable HVAC contractor. RKM will be my group going forward.
RKM just assisted me with a new HVAC system. From the first phone call scheduling the appointment, walking me through my needs and the best fit system, to the install everything kept clean tidy, to locking my home up when finished went well. Very professional.
I was really worried, because my a/c is over 20 years old, but Oscar was wonderful. He was direct about what my options were without pressuring me, and was able to fix it for a lot less than I expected. I was so impressed that I've already referred two of my friends who also had their a/c go out in this heatwave, and an looking forward to having my furnace serviced this fall.
