Jesse and Carlos did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything throughout the installation. Their work was clean, efficient, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Technician Corey did an amazing job! Our AC wasn't getting cold and of course this problem arose midsummer. We were worried it was going to be an expensive fix but Corey was able to come out right away, help us get it fixed, AND it ultimately was just in need of a tune up and cleaning. Highly recommend RKM and technician Corey!

Bryan was very helpful at diagnosing what was wrong with my ac system, he answered all my questions and explain to me my options for a repair.
Came out next day. Friendly. Fixed system by adding r410a and sealant. Will see if it holds up. Auto dampers still not working but they never worked properly from the beginning. Little pricey but it is what it is.

I had a great experience with Brian. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my AC system and the repair options available. I really appreciated that he answered all of my questions and did not pressure me into making a decision on the spot. Brian was honest, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I'm still deciding on the repair, but based on my experience with Brian, I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service!
My HVAC unit was having issues, I called RKM and they were able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and replace what needed to be replaced. Bryan was my tech. He was amazing very nice guy. I always have great service with all there Technicians. Dave and Robert are also very great to work with. I highly recommend.
We have used RKM heating and air conditioning for over 9 years now. They initially installed both of our air conditioners and heaters.
