I've worked with a few HVAC techs and Jay was a cut above the rest. He was personable, thorough and helped me weigh out my options. The management team was phenomenal as well. Dave and Robert laid out every possibility to make sure I understood and would make an informed choice. I'm glad I found this team.
So happy and appreciate RKM sending Ruben Rivera - he was to clean out my dryer vent duct - it turned out to be very complicated all day job, anything that could go wrong did but Ruben remained professional with a positive attitude. He is truly a gem. He finished the job and my dryer duct is clean and my dryer works efficiently now. Thank you RKM for sending Ruben out to help me. This is the second time I use your company services and will continue to use RKM for any HVAC and duct needs. Thank you RKM and thank you Ruben. I give Ruben a score of 20 out of 10!!! Very good service, didn't understand much of the technical aspects but I felt very assured of the process by the technicians. Gustavo and Miguel were very thorough in guiding me through my confusion
I was having a hard time during the chaos of installing my AC. With 3 kids in the house all with different schedules, I thought I'd be driven insane. But the technicians Gustavo and Miguel were extremely helpful and attentive, making the experience much more bearable and me far more willing to work with them again.
I love the work that Gustavo and Miguel did at home changing a thermostat. I will highly recommend them to my friends

A/C system maintenance should be a routine, simple thing but with my past company, it used to be so complicated it gave me a headache. Or maybe it was just a way to get more money. But the guys who came over, Gustavo and Miguel, made my reluctance to contact someone nearly disappear.
