My HVAC unit was having issues, I called RKM and they were able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and replace what needed to be replaced. Bryan was my tech. He was amazing very nice guy. I always have great service with all there Technicians. Dave and Robert are also very great to work with. I highly recommend.
We have used RKM heating and air conditioning for over 9 years now. They initially installed both of our air conditioners and heaters. Robert is very professional, personable and really cares about his customers. He's very honest and dependable. We trust his company as well as employees Oscar Rubio and appreciate that they explain everything in great detail during the entire service. Thank you RKM for keeping our family comfortable.

Very detailed and honest. Happy with service. The cost to recharge the system was a bit high and the tentative quote for what it probably would cost to repair a leak was ludicrous. If a repair of a compressor takes 5 hours (which includes containing current refrigerant, sealing the leak, and replacing the refrigerant) i dont see why the labor should be more than my heart surgeon makes per hour. I'm getting a friend who is in the business to do it for less than half what i was told it would probably be. Thank you!!!

Refreshingly helpful and honest! Amy took my call. Wonderful, personable and helpful. I called Friday afternoon for my water heater. She got me an appointment the very next day, first thing. I was given an email and text reminder and a phone call with an arrival time along with a picture of my tech, Pablo, for security. Pablo was respectful, knowledgeable and very thorough. He found a tiny leak that was causing my pilot light to go out randomly due to tank failure. It turns out, my water heater is still under manufacture warranty. Pablo spoke with the rather unhelpful person from the warranty department and was able to help me get the correct info and pictures needed to start my claim. I would have been in deep trouble without him! They were trying to deny my claim! My claim is now being processed and I have booked a separate plumbing job with RKM to install a new p-trap in my shower because this is the kind of company that deserves my business. They will be my go to from now on. Highly recommend.
