It was a pleasure doing business with the RKM team. From the staff on the phones to Bryan, who came and provided me with a quote, and then of course, Jesus and Jason, who did great work with installing a water heater and making my water heater area look brand new. Great work, great service, would recommend.

I requested a cost estimate from RKM Heating and Cooling to replace my existing air ducts and install a larger supply plenum (air box). RKM sent an experienced technician out to review my existing HVAC system. He spent a good amount of time with me while inspecting my furnace, AC unit, plenum, filtration, and size plus number of air ducts. He also measured the rooms to calculate the volume of my home. He made recommendations and provided me with a reasonable cost breakdown.
Based on the volume of my home, RKM sized and installed larger air ducts and added an additional air duct run. They also removed and installed a larger supply plenum (a few years ago I had another contractor replace my furnace and AC unit but they left the undersized plenum in place). Additionally, I had RKM add a larger filter system in place of my 1-inch filter.
As a licensed engineer I would say the installation technicians were very experienced and did a professional job regarding care to detail and installation. The job was also completed in the number of working days stated.
I am happy with the results and the air flow throughout my whole house is much better. I would use RKM in the future if needed.

I've worked with a few HVAC techs and Jay was a cut above the rest. He was personable, thorough and helped me weigh out my options. The management team was phenomenal as well. Dave and Robert laid out every possibility to make sure I understood and would make an informed choice. I'm glad I found this team.
So happy and appreciate RKM sending Ruben Rivera - he was to clean out my dryer vent duct - it turned out to be very complicated all day job, anything that could go wrong did but Ruben remained professional with a positive attitude. He is truly a gem. He finished the job and my dryer duct is clean and my dryer works efficiently now. Thank you RKM for sending Ruben out to help me.
