Jay came out from RKM to provide water heater maintenance. He was polite and helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He answered all my questions and provided clear recommendations for water heater maintenance. RKM always provides thoughtful service and I appreciate that they send name and photo of the technician who will be arriving for safety purposes.
Jay was awesome! Efficient and honest! Service special was perfect timing and having them back to quote entire system replacement based on their findings others had missed.
