The technician went right to work and finished the work in minutes flat! He was courteous as well as efficient. He was also thorough. He sat down and showed me on a well-developed chart exactly what the state of my duct system was. I really appreciated it. The price was reasonable too!
RKM was so pleasant and easy to work with. They understood the urgency to get our system up and running and was able to schedule service the same day! We are new to rkm; this was only our second service call but they are awesome. timely, polite and offered more than one option to correct our problem. they were very thorough and didn't make me feel silly about any of the questions I asked.
We had a warranty service company come out and try to fix our air conditioner, but we still continue to have a problem, then we called RKM heating and air conditioning they came out within a couple days and fixed our problem right away, the service repair guy Michael was awesome explained everything that was needed to be done in detail, showed us what was wrong ,recommended the right part ,filter, and was able to get our air conditioner up and running quickly, we are so grateful and thankful for RKM heating and air conditioning, awesome service highly recommend them anytime anybody has a problem with air conditioning, thank you so much.

I was so impressed from the first phone call until the final installation that I would and have recommended RKM to everyone. The quality of the AC unit is awesome and cools my house in only a couple of minutes. Everyone was so professional and courteous that is was unexpected in today's times.
