Technician was on time, professional and thorough. This visit was for a routine checkup on our AC unit (our first experience with this as new homeowners). I was nervous about being pressured into buying something newer or having to try to discern between products/services necessary to purchase vs. not-so-necessary. I was very pleased to be able to understand everything he explained, including the advantages to a newer system when I asked but did not pressure me at all, which was a relief! I've only had one experience with them so far, but they left me thinking of them as trustworthy, professional, thorough, and looking out for their customers.

Great company to work with from A to Z. Came promptly to do estimate and provided several alternatives. Very fair price given for high end high efficiency AC and furnace units that had unbeatable warranties and top rebates from utility companies in our area. RKM came at appointed time for install and did it all in one day with complete explanations about how everything worked. Plus they did all the paperwork necessary for the rebates!
