I have been a client of RKM for many years. They are honest, responsive and knowledgeable. You should maintain your AC and Furnace just like you do your car. So I've used their Comfort Club maintenance program for over a decade. I highly recommend RKM and have referred them to friends & co workers many times over the years....which I don't do unless I am certain that they will treat them as fairly as they have always done for me.
We love RKM hearing and Air!!!!! Robert did a phenomenal job to get our house up and running again. He didn't stop trouble shooting til he figured out what went wrong and fixed the problem. He saved us from canceling our kids' birthday party. Real heroes wear blue!!!!!

My new Furnace and AC unit was installed July 10th. The job was delayed by 2 hours because the unit ordered was a 14 SEER but should have been a 16 SEER. After switching back to the correct unit, the workers were able to complete the work on same day. I really appreciate that James T. was my lead technician.
Any well trained technician can do the same job and get it done on time. That's nothing special because that is part of his job! However, I think James T. deserves a 5 star rating because went above and beyond his job description. He was polite & professional, and willing to help give me extra tips and tricks to extend the life of the unit.
Before he left, he told me the office personnel will complete of registration form to manufacture within 30 days of installation and will email me a copy of registration form.
James also confirmed one year free maintenance after the installation because my current maintenance agreement does not yet expire until Feb 12, 2020. This new free maintenance will extend to Feb. 12, 2021.
If James can follow up on the registration and extension of maintenance as he promised, I would greatly appreciate, I also like to thank Beth as well she has been very helpful last week.

I had RKM do my annual system maintenance and cleaning. The technician was very professional, offered suggestions on improving my air quality inside my house (I have dogs) and (once again) reviewed the programmable thermostat with me. I would highly recommend these guys!
He is willing to make an effort to communicate with me via tablet when he speaks and I read the text. He explains so clearly which I felt so safe. Thank you for the business!
The technician went right to work and finished the work in minutes flat! He was courteous as well as efficient. He was also thorough. He sat down and showed me on a well-developed chart exactly what the state of my duct system was. I really appreciated it. The price was reasonable too!
