Second time using RKM and completely satisfied with their service. 95 degrees outside and my AC is not blowing air. Called at 8:30am and received an appointment window between 10:30am-1:30pm. Technicians showed up at my house at 10:43am. I explained that the FAU was not coming on (condenser was working). They diagnosed a bad fan blower motor within 10 minutes (1. Checked for excess voltage 2. listened to sound of bad bearings 3. manually started motor by bypassing thermostat). The motor bearings were failing after 10-years and causing excessive heat, friction, and high voltage to get the fan blower to spin (controller board stopped the motor to protect the unit). Like I said, they thoroughly explained the problem. They provided a cost estimate and completed the repair in 1-hour with supplies carried in the van. I signed up for their $160/yr "Comfort Club" which offers 15% discount on work and includes two free tune-ups per year (clean unit, check furnace burners, check condenser, check refrigerant, replace filters, lubricate parts). After signing up for the Comfort Club my final cost was only $5 more than standard pricing. Now I get two free maintenance tune-ups over the next 12-months. Extremely satisfied with RKM's work and customer service. Richard and Brandon did a great job. Would recommend RKM to all my friends and family.

Had an amazing experience with this company, they went over everything that was being don to our system before and after everything was complete . They have great customer service and communication. They sent us emails with reminders of tech coming out with the date and time , they also text and call you when tech is in route to your location.
