The technician who came out was very professional and explained everything that he was doing and what I needed to get my home cool again.
It was a non emergency, but our heater pilot would not light. I went on goggle for local providers. I saw you were 4 miles away and have price on calls that day.
We were nervous about what was happening. But the tech arrived on time and with a mask gloves and booties. He asked if anyone was I'll. I said no and asked if he was. After checking the heater it turned on and he said sadly he could not replicate the problem lol. Most likely when we changed the filter it didn't catch properly therefore would not start. He also gave us recommended services, buy did not try to upsell us for which we were grateful.
I wrote this review on your website eariler as the tech now I can't remember his name, was kind professional knowledgable and represents your company very well. I will use your company again.
