Stellar service. The technician (Sean) was punctual, professional, courteous, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the services performed, costs, options, and service programs. I cannot recommend him and the company, RKM Heating and Air Conditioning enough. I'm very pleased with the AC service and the support from Sean. If I could give Sean and the company more than 5 stars, I would do so without hesitation.
RKM installed my central air conditioning system 5 years ago. I've been using them every year since for routine maintenance and I have to say that they have always maintained a high level of professionalism. You can trust that you will receive top notch service from them.

Very happy with Shawn. The only criticism is that since it's covered by warrantee, we shouldn't have to pay for diagnosis of $89.
First group of guys that came out were really good and tried there best but Ron came back the following day and made sure everything was fixed correctly and saved the day.
