They came out the same day when I had a problem and diagnosed right then. It was not urgent. They ordered the part and came out as soon as the part came in.

We just had our 2nd,19 year old A/C unit replaced by RKM. If you want an honest assessment and recommendation regarding your A/C with a firm that backs their work and all done at a fair price, then look no further. We have had other firms assess our anemic air flow in our 2nd floor bedrooms. RKM recommended a zone system which is a tremendous improvement. We had a booster fan installed by another company which did little to solve the problem. We also had another firm work on our first A/C which charged a rather exorbitant price to recharge the system only to have it all leak out within days even after the system was checked for leaks. Needles to say, RKM is now our go to A/C company because they have earned our trust.
The service representative was professional and communicated what he was doing and updated me as he progressed through the service. Everything was as advertised. Thank you RKM.

Johnathan and Ron were the service team that came out to do annual check up on our system. They are both very knowledgeable and explained the diagnostics in layman's terms with patience.
They let me know what our system needed and where it was working fine, without any high pitch selling of things I don't need; i will definitely purchase future a/c products from them because they didn't try to pressure me.
