We recently purchased a new home that had an HVAC system from the 1980s. We called RKM for a quote and were so impressed with the level of service, information and care they put into their work. We received quotes from several companies, but RKM was the only company that took the time to properly measure our home and make recommendations based on our actual needs and usage. We had the pleasure of working with the owner, Robert, throughout the process and he took extra care to make sure that we felt educated about our options and checked in to make sure we were happy with our experience. The team was so courteous and professional, and took care to answer any questions we had. They were communicative about arrival times, expectations for the install and even found us several utility rebates we could apply for. We're thrilled with our new system and smart thermostat, and would recommend RKM to anyone looking for an HVAC replacement from a company who does quality work by a friendly, professional crew!
I had a tune-up and my air filter replaced. Richard was early and was quick and efficient. He explained what he was doing and what had been previously done during past calls. He was very friendly! I highly recommend RKM Heating and Air Conditioning!

After going through several other companies RKM step up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. These guys care to do a good job. Highly responsive. Ron and Robert were relentless in resolving my issues. Highly recommend RKM Heating and Air Conditioning!
I can now see why so many people gave such high reviews and I want to add to the growing fan base. First off the people who answer the phone are always pleasant like Alicia and Daniel, who are happy to help with any questions or concerns. Second the senior technicians like Richard and Ron seem to love the job they do by their thoroughness and detail to the work. Yesterday we got a whole new system (A/C and Furnace) installed in one day! The professional coordination of this huge undertaking really shows when the RKM install team Ron, Julio and Brian came in with their drop cloths, face mask and their expertise. They were also detailed in showing the finished work and how to operate our new system. Today I woke up well rested because my sons are not waking up with asthma attacks. Thank you so much!

A voltage issue at SCE's pole outside my house caused some of my appliances to burn out, which included the electronic thermostat. It had been cold at night - down into the 20's and 30's - so I was eager to get it fixed.
When I called RKM to diagnose the problem they were booked for a couple days but I made an appointment. The morning of the service call I received an 'auto-text' telling me they were in route, and a phone call from the technician when he was about 20 minutes away. Ron showed up and was very professional, friendly, competent, clean, and respected my property. He determined the HVAC transformer had been burned out as well as the thermostat and promptly replaced it with a new one he had on his truck. Within a couple hours the furnace was working like new and the new thermostat I'd purchased separately (off Amazon - Vine smart thermostat, wifi connected) was controlling it like a champ.
