I have used RKM to replace my system and to perform regular maintenance. They are consistent with communicating throughout the process and show up when they say they will. I have found their reps to give honest feedback and suggestions based on their experience.
Jonathan was very mannered, professional and respectful. Any questions I had for him he knew the answer and his answers were very clear. Explained everything to me what he was doing and after the fact what he did. Was very clean, had his shoe covers and mask. He was even so kind to change my air filter for me. I would recommend this company anytime!! Thank you guys! ????????
If you need to be cool or warm, use RKM! After my 91 year old father broke 8 ribs and my mother her hip, we found out their AC unit wasn't working. Robert came out and explained, in terms I could understand, what would work for them. He made sure their air conditioning was fixed quickly and even found a county rebate we could apply for. Thank you, Robert, for taking the time and overcoming some glitches with aplomb! You made a difficult time so much easier.
I've used RKM before and I will continue. They are always on time. Very professional and do a thorough evaluation and explain everything. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional!!! My parents loved the before and after pictures of work completed. Gentlemen came out between time frame specified. Explained everything in detail and in language my parents could understand. We signed up for their warranty package and they will come out twice a year and service the air conditioning unit to make sure we do not experience the same issues again.... thank you so much also to the team that helped me set up the appointment- David thank you for making it simple and easy!
Finally, an honest HVAC repair company! A check up of my equipment revealed that everything was functioning properly and no repair recommended at this time. They also maintain contact with me throughout the year. I highly recommend this company. Ron Newcomb was the service tech.
