Jonathan came out to do a check-up maintenance on my AC system. Upon completion, he thoroughly explained his findings. I've been with RKM for about 2 years and have had nothing but the most positive, personable, and professional interactions with the company (from the office team to the field techs). Very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy team. No hesitation in recommending this company!
Cant thank you guys enough for getting us up and running. It was an all day job but the techs were amazing and worked very efficient. Robert explained everything when the job was done. Amazing people all three of them.
Jonathan From RKM was courteous and knowledgeable. He wore a face mask and booties the whole time while inside and kept his distance. He took great notes and then reviewed everything with me prior to submitting it. There was a hiccup with the filters that he brought (wrong sizes and wrong filters) but he ensured me that they will get the correct ones and bring them out. I would definitely recommend this company to come and maintain your AC/heating system.
I have been using RKM For a little while and they always have good service the guys are always friendly do a good job give me a good discount I never have to worry about any work they've done today I had Jonathan and he was awesome he even cleaned out my filter in my furnace for me which I didn't do and explain to me the importance of it so I plan to be checking it all the time great place to do business with
