It's been over a month since our new system was installed. Brand new Goodman outdoor AC unit and gas furnace in the attic. Great customer service. Matthew was very knowledgeable and helped us select a system that was within our budget and needs. Omar and his installation team were nice and professional. Very happy so far ????

I've used RKM ever since moving into my condo 3 years ago. The first time I brought them out, my A/C unit would go on, then shut off, and continued constantly. The engineer who came on sight found that it was a busted temperature gauge on the unit and also that the lines needed cleaning. Having not known how the previous owners maintained the unit, I felt that I needed to do it to have ease of mind. They got the work done, and even saved me some money at the end. Totally top notch work and the unit has been steady since. I went ahead and got their yearly service plan so that they come out and check the unit and replace the filter for ease of mind. You don't want to be stuck on a hot day without A/C and then have to wait 3-4 weeks because they are booked! Every time they come I get a full report of what was checked and I feel confident in their work.
RKM was fantastic with their service on our installation. The whole team was efficient, reliable and professional. Robert, Bryan, Ron and Joseph were some of the members of the team that worked on our installation. Highly recommend the company.
We have used RKM heating and air conditioning for over 9 years now. They initially installed both of our air conditioners and heaters. Robert is very professional, personable and really cares about his customers. He’s very honest and dependable.
