RKM is one of the best companies I have ever done business with. The employees are professional, honest, and personable. They treat you like family. I will never work with another heating and air conditioning company. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Jonathan is a very knowledgeable, honest, and polite technician and Theresa is very kind, personable, and treats you like family.

I just hired RKM to install a new heating and air conditioning system, and installation is scheduled for this Tuesday. I will write more after the work is completed, but my initial impression is very positive. Robert took the time to completely understand our needs and put together a custom design that was itemized. We made adjustments to get the best value for our budget, and we are looking forward to having a new system.
customer service is excellent, she is very accommodate to the time and day I selected even I later changed the schedule again for 2nd time! Richard was on time and very professional, did a good maintenance job. Answer all my questions patiently. I really appreciate the service from both of them.

I have used RKM to replace my system and to perform regular maintenance. They are consistent with communicating throughout the process and show up when they say they will. I have found their reps to give honest feedback and suggestions based on their experience.
Jonathan was very mannered, professional and respectful. Any questions I had for him he knew the answer and his answers were very clear. Explained everything to me what he was doing and after the fact what he did. Was very clean, had his shoe covers and mask. He was even so kind to change my air filter for me. If you need to be cool or warm, use RKM! After my 91 year old father broke 8 ribs and my mother her hip, we found out their AC unit wasn't working. Robert came out and explained, in terms I could understand, what would work for them. He made sure their air conditioning was fixed quickly and even found a county rebate we could apply for. Thank you, Robert, for taking the time and overcoming some glitches with aplomb! You made a difficult time so much easier.
