From the receptionist who took my initial call to Omar and Ulysses who installed my new HVAC system, everyone was very professional and courteous. My family and I are more than pleased with our new HVAC system. The owner (Robert) runs a very efficient and professional business. I would highly recommend RKM Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs to have their HVAC system serviced or for a new install. Great company that values their customers.
RKM has been my HVAC service and repair for my house and they have always been truthful and professional. They also take pictures of their repairs and email them to you to show what they've fixed. Richard and Matthew are super polite and knowledgeable.

Ron from RKM rocks! He's a pro! He explains, he shows and suggests the things needed to improve and upkeep the systems working at maximum. The diagnostics Ron did are excellent .To see them charted out, so I know what repairs are necessary and what is working well, is fantastic...If you are looking for quality work and good people you will find both at RKM!
