RKM has been my HVAC service and repair for my house and they have always been truthful and professional. They also take pictures of their repairs and email them to you to show what they've fixed. Richard and Matthew are super polite and knowledgeable.
Paul and Ron worked with professionalism. They paid attention to detail. They provided service that was focused and courteous. Clearly their goals were quality and customer satisfaction.
Ron from RKM rocks! He's a pro! He explains, he shows and suggests the things needed to improve and upkeep the systems working at maximum. The diagnostics Ron did are excellent .To see them charted out, so I know what repairs are necessary and what is working well, is fantastic...If you are looking for quality work and good people you will find both at RKM!

Highly recommend RKM for heating and AC. They don't push you to into one band as most contractors do an provide very affordable systems. I got quotes from 4 contractors ranging from 18.5K to 11.5K. RKM provided the best value with new heater, AC, ducting, attic insulation and 10yr warranty on parts and service. Very professional and don't nickel & dime you when issues arise. 5 star operation even after it is installed. My neighbor got his system at the same time and paid 4k more, 3 years later his system broke down on a hot Saturday they told $100 for every 15 min for emergency service. What crooks the cheap pump the installed crapped out, charged $500 to install a better pump.
I just hired RKM to install a new heating and air conditioning system, and installation is scheduled for this Tuesday. I will write more after the work is completed, but my initial impression is very positive. Robert took the time to completely understand our needs and put together a custom design that was itemized. We made adjustments to get the best value for our budget, and we are looking forward to having a new system.
