Today we had Ron come by to do a diagnostic of our home furnace. Ron is the real deal. He came in, and spent hours looking at every detail until he was able to diagnose the issues we are having. We have had several other technicians come out from other companies, who all failed to take the time to actually look inside the unit and do a sincere diagnostic. RKM was very helpful in making sure that our schedule was accommodated, and they had Ron come out the next day after we called. Not all hvac companies are built the same.
EDUARDO Was very professional , friendly, and polite. I like the fact that he was very clean and careful. I recommend this company and EDUARDO as a tech, very informative straightforward and would listen to any concerns. I called them to work on my condensers in the backyard He made sure I was comfortable with the work that was done and clear of any questions that I had.
I highly recommend RKM. My technician Zach was very professional and courteous. He explained everything needed in detail with photos and video, and the best options to keep my system running like new. RKM was in constant communication with me when they were on their way and followed up with a phone call. In these times of inflation, the service was top notch and super friendly with no added pressure of upselling. I have been a customer for about three years now and can vouch for this company and for their knowledgeable skilled technicians and office support. Good job RKM and Zach! Edward arrived at the time he said he would and kept in communication with us prior to his arrival. Edward was extremely polite and considerate. He did his due diligence explained all he did. His work is thorough and complete. He answered all of my questions and was just a pleasure. Highly recommend Edward and RKM Heating and Air Conditioning for service/repairs and preventative maintenance!

We contacted RKM (Morgan) inspected our furnace about doing a furnace replacement on a 20 year old unit. Morgan and Dave were very helpful. Recommended a new furnace since the AC unit was only 2 years old. We were to select the unit best suited for our needs. Price was reasonable considering the work that needed to be completed. Installation was scheduled for the next day 03/05/2024. Omar and Richard the installers were right on time at 09:00 with actual installation time of 5 to 6 hours. The installers Omar and Anthony were very polite and courteous during the installation. Omar explained ahead of time what changes need to be done to accommodate the new furnace. We were updated on the progress. When completed everything was tested for proper operation. RKM and staff are the best. The whole installation was both positive and professional. Found out latter that Omar had also installed our AC Unit. I would highly recommend RKM for a totally positive experience from beginning to end. Everything is going great. Very pleased with their excellent service, staff, customer skills and workmanship. Were staying warm at night!
