They scheduled me a estimate for the next day. James came out, saw what I wanted to have replaced & knocked it out that same day. Everyone was very honest & courteous. Nobody tried to sell me something I didnt want. James did a fine job & the price was fair. I couldn't be happier. Definitely will call them again for any further hvac work I need done.
Jay and James provided an excellent service today. Jay explained everything wrong with my system and offered only solutions that made sense.

We used RKM Heating & Air Conditioning last year for our a/c repair. They told us then we would need to replace our 24 year old a/c in about a year, and they were right. Because of their professionalism and honesty, we called them again. From the call to their office help to their technicians, RKM is unmatched.
Zach was helpful in coming out and giving us a bid. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood everything. After checking a few places, we found that Zach gave a very fair price for our job. The next day, they sent out their technicians, Jesus and Jason. WOW! They were just as amazing! Again, they explained everything they were doing. They were respectful of our property and worked diligently in 101° weather to get the job done. Once

went through our entire system and explained each step clearly and made sure that we understood what was going on and what needed to be done now and in the future. James, was great and very detailed and knowledgeable
James came by today and was exceptional. Right before the heatwave RKM was able to send him out and tune up and address my issues with my hvac system. He made sure to go thru each line item and show me photos offering his input on each item and showing me prices for each solution. Riverside and inland empire are pretty hot areas and RKM provides an excellent experience with their team members showing professionalism and respect. I highly recommend RKM and James to service or maintain your hvac systems.
