Excellent service. The technicians Gustavo and Miguel arrived on time, were very professional and polite. They repaired my air conditioner quickly and left the area spotless. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with my heating and air conditioning rep Emmanuel . He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently, my home was left clean, and the system is working perfectly. I truly appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. My waterheater totally died.. me and cold showers do not go well together, so it was a scamble to find someone to get out to replace it.. after doing some research and looking at many local companies I decided to contact RKM.. I was told a time frame that someone could come out and Darren arrived right on time.. after taking a look at my waterheater and taking a few measurements, Darren started to give me some options.. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.. after about 20 min I was already comfortable enough to say let's get this scheduled.. I was contacted by the office and had an appointment the very next morning.. the installers were on time and did a great job.. waterheater is working great.. no cold showers for me.. thanks alot Darren and the Rkm team..
The service was excellent! Emmanuel was very thorough when inspecting my water heater and AC unit. Since I had no idea of how any of this functions, I was so glad he took the time to explain everything to me patiently and in great detail so I could fully understand. I also appreciated being given multiple pricing options for the upcoming repairs I would need. 5 stars all around!
