Excellent Experience. RKM came out to fix our AC when it started blowing hot air, and Ruben was fantastic. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and gave us great feedback and recommendations for our unit. He was also incredibly patient while I translated everything for my parents. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would recommend RKM and Ruben to anyone in need of HVAC help!

I recently had an issue with my home AC unit in Lake Elsinore that stopped cooling properly during this hot weather. RKM reached out immediately and sent Technician Ruben.
From the moment Ruben arrived, he was courteous, professional, and respectful. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms (no technical jargon overload), and got right to work. He replaced a faulty capacitor and performed a full system check to make sure everything was running perfectly.
The repair was completed efficiently, and my AC is now blowing ice-cold air. Ruben even took the time to show me a couple of maintenance tips to help prevent future issues.
I'm extremely impressed with his knowledge, speed, and friendly attitude. Kudos to Ruben for his Great service and professionalism. He's a top-notch technician who clearly takes pride in his work.
