I had an excellent experience with RMK Heating from the initial contact, the initial visit from Ryan, to the installation team of
Gustavo and his partner. On all facets, they were here to help with what I needed which was a whole house fan. All were efficient, professional, quick and very respectful of the property.
I will be using them again to address my heating an AC units.
Jay was great. He was super helpful and Bert pleasant to work with
Jay was exceptional! Arrived same day I called and was very knowledgeable on the AC system. He was able to give me plenty of options and recommendations to fix it and get it running and all at a decent price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Seriously, Jasmine was awesome to talk to. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything. They were super flexible and worked with my schedule. I'd totally recommend giving them a call because they're polite, kind, and really got what I needed. Their communication was great, which is saying something because some companies just aren't. Jasmine was the best!
Our air conditioner went out today. I was scheduled for July. I called RKM and explained I have an 87 year old dad at home and They said we can have someone out today!!! Omg!! knowing we were going to be dealing with the heat. JAY came out and saved the day with his expertise and knowledge
