Marlon came out and did an HVAC inspection to our home in Pasadena. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine. No sales pitch just very informative. Because of his great customer service we decided to use RKM for our HVAC services.
My service technician Edgar was amazing. He arrived on time and serviced my two air conditioning units.
While he was in the attic completing his maintenance he smelled gas coming from one of our furnace units. He quickly informed me of what he found and started troubleshooting. There was a very small leak coming from one of the gas lines. Luckily it just needed to be tightened. I'm very glad that he noticed the leak and was able to take care of it quickly.
