Installation: Jessie and Carlos were very professional and kind. Came on the highest day to replace the AC and furnace. Explained everything and showed photos of the work being done since all of it was in the attic . They cleaned everything inside and outside where they were working.
Cory who also came out to assess our old unit was also very professional and kind. He explained everything we needed clearly so we could make the best decision.
We got 3 estimates and am happy with RKM, I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with RKM Heating & Air Conditioning! Corey came out first to perform maintenance on our two outdoor air-conditioning units and did an excellent job. He thoroughly cleaned the systems, completed the necessary repairs, explained everything clearly, and gave us different cost options to choose from. Elias and the team then completed a thorough cleaning of the air ducts throughout the second story of our home. Everyone arrived on time and was professional, polite, and respectful toward our family and our home. They moved our furniture with care, did an excellent job, and cleaned everything up before leaving. We would definitely recommend RKM!
