Our air conditioning had stopped working and with quick response Emmanuel came and helped fix the issue! He was so incredibly kind and was very patient with explaining to me the process of what needed done. He went above and beyond today especially in this hot weather! He is honest and kind and I couldn't be happier with the service provided today!

My experience with Jay was good very informational and helpful.
I was without air on August 2025. I just had a baby two weeks ago. Called RKM and wasn't familiar with their service. Mr. Ron was my technician. He is FANTASTIC!!! Knowledgeable and didn't up-sale me on service! RKM is blessed to have him. Honestly, Two other contractors came to my home and gave me estimates (thousands of dollars) not RKM. I was inspected and serviced for thousands less. Thank you RKM. Thank you Ron! Awesome man!
