RKM came to my rescue in the summer of 2020 when my air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. They were able to locate a part for a 16 year old unit. As such, we decided at the end of 2020 to replace that old system. RKM (Bryan, Paul, and Julio) installed our new system in less than a day. They were courteous, professional, and kept us informed along the way. They used tarps and plastic to protect our belongings and floors. They cleaned up any mess they made. We have used RKM in years past and will continue to do so.
Jan 2024 - time for our furnace tune-up. Matt was great. Efficiently performed the work. Gave me an update on my 3 yr and 20 yr old systems.
Cassandra gave me the best customer service I have ever received from ANY business in my whole life! The whole crew is great, but Cassandra went above and beyond! I truly felt like I have known her since I was a kid!
