Great company with excellent customer service
RKM did an excellent job installing our AC unit. Professional attitude, quick to respond and they worked with our roofers to ensure the system has a great seal and done right. I highly suggest this company of your system needs service or replacement.
I recently had a heater/wall mounted furnace units die on me, stranding my tenants without heat. I contacted several companies and the quickest to respond was RKM. They came out, assessed the unit, and felt like replacement was the best choice. Two days later they installed the new unit and it works incredibly well. Then, just this week, I had another heater go out. I called RKM and they had a technician at the residence THAT DAY! They are installing the new heater now, and I an sooooo thankful. They do great work!
RKM has been my HVAC service and repair for my house and they have always been truthful and professional. They also take pictures of their repairs and email them to you to show what they've fixed. Richard and Matthew are super polite and knowledgeable.
Ron, was not only professional, responsive and willing to answer any questions I had, but are honest. RKM hasn't not only served my house but motgets as well. You don't always get this kind of top notch customer service anymore. If you are looking for a great AC HVAC tech, look no more, RKM is your company. We recently purchased a new home that had an HVAC system from the 1980s. We called RKM for a quote and were so impressed with the level of service, information and care they put into their work. We received quotes from several companies, but RKM was the only company that took the time to properly measure our home and make recommendations based on our actual needs and usage. We had the pleasure of working with the owner, Robert, throughout the process and he took extra care to make sure that we felt educated about our options and checked in to make sure we were happy with our experience. The team was so courteous and professional, and took care to answer any questions we had. They were communicative about arrival times, expectations for the install and even found us several utility rebates we could apply for. We're thrilled with our new system and smart thermostat, and would recommend RKM to anyone looking for an HVAC replacement from a company who does quality work by a friendly, professional crew!
I had a tune-up and my air filter replaced. Richard was early and was quick and efficient. He explained what he was doing and what had been previously done during past calls. He was very friendly! I highly recommend RKM Heating and Air Conditioning!
