The Tech Axel Garcia was a really nice guy, very professional and knowledgeable of my situation. I'm happy I purchased the maintenance contract from RKM, well worth the money.

RKM always has friendly and punctual technicians. I've had a few past issues with my AC and RKM techs have always been able to come out quick and service our unit. Thank you for the great customer service!!
