Jynessa was absolutely amazing at fitting me in last minute since my heater went out. She was able to move things around and answered all of my questions! Turns out she used to be a technician! She made sure to call after my service and make sure was satisfied, and I was more than satisfied! Without her I probably would have paid more money than I really had to. Robert the owner was super helpful as well in explaining what everything does so I can learn about my system and understand why maintenance is important! We now have a maintenance plan and I never thought I'd say I can't wait for my next service !

First of all I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jynessa for being so amazing on the phone and listening to my problems and helping to make me feel less stressed about my situation. She used to be a technician and she heard my problem and turns out it was something so easy that she helped me over the phone so I didn't have to pay for anyone to come out ! Her boss is definitely lucky to have someone so versatile and well trained working for him ! I don't have a certain company I use but I will be reaching out to RKM for any future maintenance and problems I may have all because of the amazing customer service provided by jynessa !
