We contacted RKM (Morgan) inspected our furnace about doing a furnace replacement on a 20 year old unit. Morgan and Dave were very helpful. Recommended a new furnace since the AC unit was only 2 years old. We were to select the unit best suited for our needs. Price was reasonable considering the work that needed to be completed. Installation was scheduled for the next day 03/05/2024. Omar and Richard the installers were right on time at 09:00 with actual installation time of 5 to 6 hours. The installers Omar and Anthony were very polite and courteous during the installation. Omar explained ahead of time what changes need to be done to accommodate the new furnace. We were updated on the progress. When completed everything was tested for proper operation. RKM and staff are the best. The whole installation was both positive and professional. Found out latter that Omar had also installed our AC Unit. I would highly recommend RKM for a totally positive experience from beginning to end. Everything is going great. Very pleased with their excellent service, staff, customer skills and workmanship. Were staying warm at night!

Amazing work, the three guys Julio, Omar and Tim came out and replaced my condenser and did some duct work in the attic. System is running better than ever. RKM seems like a great company and I would definitely recommend.
All the techs from this company are so knowledgeable! The office staff is so friendly as well! Definitely would recommend using RKM for any of their services. They do an incredible job.
Office staff and our tech Edward were outstanding as usual. I bought two full HVAC systems (upstairs/Downstairs) 6 years ago. Haven't had a single issue with either. Edward was out for our regular tune up and service. Exemplary work and a a real good guy too. 5 stars ALWAYS!????
RKM Heating & Air is an amazing company to use for all of your ac and heating needs as well as water heater services too. The techs are really nice & the call center reps are very informative. Would definitely refer them to my neighbors and friends.
Matthew Snyder provides the absolute best HVAC service I have ever had in over 50 years of beinga homeowner. He is patient, a great listener, attention to detail is outstanding, knowledgeable and thorough, answers my questions in easy to understand detail. No pressures or upsells. Only makes recommendations when he believes there would be a benefit and prolong the system. I wish there was a person like Matthew in every service industry I need!
