Pedro with RKM diagnosed the A/C system not working as a thermostat problem quickly and fixed it. He was professional and answered all of our questions. I was pleased with the service.
Ron is just great! All of the techs that I've worked with at RKM for over 20 years are good and Ron is best of the best! He doesn't rest until a problem is resolved. I recommend RKM to all that want a reliable AC/Heating company.

All I want to say is Thank you. For coming back and fix my AC Unit. Terrance is a very good guy. He knows what he is doing. I had someone came before and there was an issue. However they sent a supervisor, who came and check my unit and did all the repairs needed.
