I had such a great experience with Bryan from RKM Healing and Air Conditioning! He came out to service two units for our annual Comfort Club maintenance and was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. I've used RKM before, and bought an annual service package to keep AC/Furnace healthy. I've brought up a particular noise issue coming from a condenser unit many times over the years, and the technicians never really address the issue. But the tech that came out this last time, Marlon actually heard me out and solved the matter. It was a simple fix, and may not seem like that big a deal, but that it had been annoying us for a long time, and the fact that he listened to me and dealt with it was very appreciated.
