Taylor set me up for an annual plan. The tech came to my home and did a professional diagnostic on the AC free of charge because I'm a member and then did a furnace maintenance. I'm a satisfied customer. I would like also mention that the technician Jay was very professional and thorough with the service provided. Thank you RKM Heating and Air conditioning for the service visit at our residence.
