I recently contracted a new HVAC system installation through RKM. Installers Daniel Salazar and Rick Martinez arrived promptly, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. They completed what was scheduled to be a two-day job in only one day, showcasing their exceptional efficiency, teamwork, and expertise.
Daniel and Rick were incredibly courteous throughout the entire process. They were always polite and took the time to explain everything to me, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed about the work being done.
Moreover, they demonstrated great respect for my property. They carefully handled all aspects of the installation, making sure to protect my home from any potential damage. Their attention to detail was truly commendable.
Another thing I appreciated most was how they managed to keep the noise down to a minimum. Daniel and Rick were mindful of the noise levels and ensured that they did not disrupt my daily routine throughout all phases of the job: dismantling and removal of the old system, assembly and testing of the new system.

I really enjoyed the professional work that Jay Zepeda has provided for me and I like how he was efficient and pro active doing his work. He also had a very positive attitude about his job and everything he did.
Called to request diagnostic/service on our HVAC and got a quick response. Our service tech (Ron Newcomb) performed a thorough analysis, explained the issue and gave us a very fair price to perform the required service. This was our 2nd experience with RKM and they've delivered excellent service both times!
Marlon came out to troubleshoot our heating/air display thermostat.
He was very thorough in checking our forced air unit and our outdoor conditioning unit. He was also thorough in checking our air-conditioning ducks. He advised us on what we should take care of gave us an approximate dollar amount and was very courteous while doing all of the above.
