I had RKM install a mini split last year and found their team to be highly professional and efficient. As part of my purchase I received a year of their komfort service plan. They took it upon themselves to reach out when it was time to schedule my included pre season tuneup, and offered to charge a nominal fee to tune up my other two HVAC systems, which they did not install. James arrived on time and spent ALL day thoroughly checking, cleaning, and optimizing all three systems and provided me with a comprehensive list of steps I can take to lengthen the lifespan of my two older (12 & 20 year old) systems.
When my home warranty is up this fall I will strongly consider adding their protection plan to all my systems. Great company and service.

Edgar Alvarez was the technician that came by our facility today. He provided us with great service and was very thorough with his work. He was also very informative with his service today due to our lack of knowledge with the air conditioning system. He helped us understand what needed to be done and he fixed the issue we had. I would highly recommend his services.

Zach was very thorough and detailed with his evaluation of our HVAC system. He provided a detailed description of what he found as well as supporting photos and documentation. Above all though, he was a very professional, knowledgeable and kind person.
