Amy at the back office and Sean did the service. Both, stellar in follow up, knowledge and pricing is like no other. The big boys of HVAC don't even put you on the list, and make you wait - don't believe the quiet cools and comfort airs of inland empire. RKM provides best service at the most reasonable costs. I don't know how these guys even make any money.

My AC stopped working, and they sent technician Pedro to diagnose the issue. He conducted a thorough inspection of my entire AC system and demonstrated great knowledge. The company is very professional and friendly . Pedro went above and beyond, providing me with valuable information about my AC system and maintaining excellent communication. If anything ever goes wrong in the future, I will definitely contact them again.
