I had such a great experience with Bryan from RKM Healing and Air Conditioning! He came out to service two units for our annual Comfort Club maintenance and was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure both units were running efficiently before he left. It's rare to find someone so courteous and helpful—Bryan truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend RKM, and especially Bryan, for anyone needing honest, high-quality HVAC service!
I've used RKM before, and bought an annual service package to keep AC/Furnace healthy. I've brought up a particular noise issue coming from a condenser unit many times over the years, and the technicians never really address the issue. But the tech that came out this last time, Marlon actually heard me out and solved the matter. It was a simple fix, and may not seem like that big a deal, but that it had been annoying us for a long time, and the fact that he listened to me and dealt with it was very appreciated.
Friendly and efficient. Thoroughly checked everything. System works great.

I've used Rkm since they put in my new system on 2020. Sean was the technician yesterday. He was friendly, on time, very efficient, informed us of everything he was going to do & went over everything he did when he was finished. I will definitely want Sean for any future appointments.
