Ron replaced the heat exchanger on our tankless water heater. He kept us in the loop for the whole process. He contacted Rianni regarding the warranty and came to install it. Very professional and on time.

RKM did an excellent job installing our AC unit. Professional attitude, quick to respond and they worked with our roofers to ensure the system has a great seal and done right. I highly suggest this company of your system needs service or replacement.
I recently had a heater/wall mounted furnace units die on me, stranding my tenants without heat. I contacted several companies and the quickest to respond was RKM. They came out, assessed the unit, and felt like replacement was the best choice. Two days later they installed the new unit and it works incredibly well. Then, just this week, I had another heater go out. I called RKM and they had a technician at the residence THAT DAY! They are installing the new heater now, and I an sooooo thankful. They do great work!
RKM has been my HVAC service and repair for my house and they have always been truthful and professional. They also take pictures of their repairs and email them to you to show what they've fixed. Richard and Matthew are super polite and knowledgeable.
