RKM installed our HVAC system 5 years ago (including all new ducting). Their level of professionalism is quite rare. The system is remarkably efficient (it uses 25% less power than the one in our prior house despite having to heat/cool 1200 sq. ft. more space). Their service techs are knowledgeable, efficient and polite.
Axel did a wonderful job repairing our old heater. His knowledge and experience led him to troubleshoot a very old system. He had us heating our home in no time. We'll be calling RKM in the future because of their expertise and fair dealings.
Robert, did an amazing job helping us repair our heating system. He took his take to explain everything to my husband and I so we can avoid any issues in the future. We will definitely recommend RKM heating and air conditioning to all our friends and family. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I have used RKM for my semi-annual HVAC checkup and they are always friendly and professional. I also used them for a repair of my air conditioner a couple years ago on a 100 degree plus summer day.
While another company came out first (warning: that company was sent out by Home Depot), RKM made the repair for around $700. The other company tried to rip me off with a quote in the thousands.
That makes RKM honest in addition to excellent.
