I've used RKM on many projects. They preform. what I need and in a timely manner I keep using them because of that .
Where others could not diagnose my problem, RKM came in and knew exactly what the problem was. Tech was courteous and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend RKM.
Chose RKM to replace our old AC & Heater Unit mid summer 16 & while they may have pushed a larger than needed AC unit on us, it's a big improvement over the old one and has immediately lowered our electric bill by at least 25-30%. IF you upgrade to a new AC, make sure you don't allow the installers to re-position it closer to any nearby walls, especially if you live in a townehouse or condo association where there are rules about this.
Their rep was the most down to earth yet very knowledgeable Tech/estimators of those i called for an estimate, and he/they beat the next lowest price by $2000. They sell quality ACs, & will let you know your cheapest and middle of road options if you ask. Installation went as scheduled and expected, the installer crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job of fitting new systems where older ones were a diff. size and shape. They throw in an added UV sensor Air filter free as installed, good for a yr. Good Warranties/guarantees re labor, etc. Will use them again should we need future help with these as they age.

We have been using RKM for several years and always have very honest, reasonable and efficient service. Our AC wasn't working a couple weeks ago and Peter came out and diagnosed a freon leak, which, unfortunately, was not repairable. He was able to give me a quote within moments and set up the appointment for later in the week. On Friday, Adrian and Paul came to install our new unit and did a great job explaining everything and worked very efficiently. Finally, Matthew was out just yesterday for a dryer vent cleaning (we had never had it done). All technicians that we've had are very friendly, personable, informative and very professional. I especially like the email quotes, invoices and receipts, as they attach pictures of the whole process. Overall, this company is very honest, efficient and professional. I will not use anyone else.
Had a system failure in the middle of summer. The tenant was quite elderly and sensitive to the heat. RKM was able to make a complete system install (replacing the old original system) in one day. The system works very well and I could not be more pleased. They were also the lowest bid for the work.

Matthew and Rudy from RKM arrived at my home promptly. They were courteous and professional. They identified issues and provided information so that I could make an informed decision about how to resolve these issues in a cost-effective manner. They did not talk down to me or pressure me. They did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent and giving my air conditioning unit a long overdue tune-up. I joined their Comfort Club, and received a good discount from it. You can't live in Southern California without air conditioning so I am happy to have found these guys and have them on my side! I would highly recommended them!
Very Professional . For the work that was done on my heating unit He did a great job of explaining what was necessary and completed the job as promised.
