Called RKM last week when I had another company come out a few days prior to inspect an on going AC issue. The company I had prior to reaching out to RKM had given me a suspicious diagnostic to my AC issue. I decide to get a second opinion so I did some research and came across RKM which had outstanding reviews and had a great business profile BBB etc...
I'm glad I did because RKM was outstanding from the very first phone call that I made to them. The person that took my initial phone call was Alicia (I believe that's her name) and she was wonderful at listening to my chief concerns and offering a sound solution. She was very prompt with scheduling me an appointment a few days out with numerous follow ups confirming the appointment leading into the consultation day.
It was a great pleasure to have Richard arrive at my house and have such a very well experienced and true gentleman of his craft service my request. Richard was very knowledgeable and has an amazing attention to detail. Furthermore, his communication with his findings along the way was on point. His work was thorough, precise, and more importantly... honest! He answered all my questions and I loved the fact that he took pictures of the issues that needed repair and attached them a long with his assessment of the situation and sent to me via email.
This sort of value and work ethic is hard to come by these days but RKM and Richard went above and beyond with exceptional service! Do not hesitate to call them for your repairs and definitely request Richard! 5 google stars is not enough so I give them another five of my own.
I love everything about this Company. I had a brand new unit installed with them recently, the price was phenomenal compared to other companies. But most importantly the quality of work they provide is so satisfying! I get compliments on the appearance and the neatness of the install all the time. Also All of their employees i had the pleasure meeting are very nice ! Thank you RKM i will continue to give you my business and refer any friends i have looking for HVAC work.

Ron from RKM rocks! He's a pro! He explains, he shows and suggests the things needed to improve and upkeep the systems working at maximum. The diagnostics Ron did are excellent .To see them charted out, so I know what repairs are necessary and what is working well, is fantastic...If you are looking for quality work and good people you will find both at RKM!
We had such a great customer service from the beginning to finish. Robert the owner was so helpful and nice. Our job got down the next day by Julio and Bryan. They were very professional and nice. The work got down in a timely manner. I would definitely refer them and use there services again.
