We have been using RKM for our biannual system tune-up for almost 2 years. We realized at our last tune-up that our system was more than 15 years old, failing, and we no longer had insulation in our attic. They were able to send someone out same day to talk to my husband about options. The same man, Brent, even came by that next Saturday morning to explain it to me as well. We decided to have them install a new AC, furnace and compressor as well as put in insulation in our attic. Their work took only 3 days and they were incredibly clean and efficient. Ron was extremely clear in his plans and very personable the few days he spent with us. They will even be back within the week to check and make sure the system is safely working.
RKM has always had great customer service and we would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I were very impressed with our technician Drew. Drew was professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Drew did not attempt to pressure us into things that weren't necessary which was a definite plus for my husband. Drew made our experience with RKM quick and painless. It was an absolute pleasure. Ron was knowledgeable and professional, prompt and helpful. He fixed my AC unit quickly and we've had no problem with it since. Would highly recommend this no-nonsense company. Great work, good prices.
Staff arrived on time and was friendly. Unit seemed to have been fixed but now that a couple of hours have gone by the unit is not cooling. Not sure if there is something else that needs to be fixed on the unit.
