My new Furnace and AC unit was installed July 10th. The job was delayed by 2 hours because the unit ordered was a 14 SEER but should have been a 16 SEER. After switching back to the correct unit, the workers were able to complete the work on same day. I really appreciate that James T. was my lead technician.
Any well trained technician can do the same job and get it done on time. That's nothing special because that is part of his job! However, I think James T. deserves a 5 star rating because went above and beyond his job description. He was polite & professional, and willing to help give me extra tips and tricks to extend the life of the unit.
Before he left, he told me the office personnel will complete of registration form to manufacture within 30 days of installation and will email me a copy of registration form.
James also confirmed one year free maintenance after the installation because my current maintenance agreement does not yet expire until Feb 12, 2020. This new free maintenance will extend to Feb. 12, 2021.
If James can follow up on the registration and extension of maintenance as he promised, I would greatly appreciate, I also like to thank Beth as well she has been very helpful last week.
Great company with friendly, hard working employees. We are doing their twice a year maintenance contract and it has really given us peace of mind when we have to turn on your AC in the summer or heater in the winter because we know they will work. They take photos of the work they do and make recommendations about upgrades we may want to consider. Always on time and they have the parts if something needs to be fixed. Highly recommended.

Scott did a great job. Explained everything he did and everything that he thought was priority. Just had a valve changed, recharge, and a tuneup. Answered all questions regarding putting in a new system. Great job Scott. 10/10 would recommend.

I began using RKM Heating & A/C about 4 years ago when I purchased a new Heating and A/C system. They were the best price and they customer service has been awsome. The removal of the old system and installation of the new system went without a hitch. Michael and Matthew and Ron have been truly professional and skilled when responding to my calls (some duct work needed to be disconnected and reconnected when I decided to move my water heater outside) and handling the semi-annual maintenance on the system. Their office staff is excellent. Everyone is always very courteous and really goes the distance to work within my schedule. Thanks RKM!!!!
