I wanf to thank the staff at RKM for responding to our heater problem so quickly! The service technician was very accommodating and helpful. The scheduling staff was exceptionally empathetic and kept us informed of the estimated time of arrival.
RMK is the best. All the techs are knowledgeable, efficient and are so courteous. If they indicate a problem, no hard sell. I trust them.
I have been a client of RKM for many years. They are honest, responsive and knowledgeable. You should maintain your AC and Furnace just like you do your car. So I've used their Comfort Club maintenance program for over a decade. I highly recommend RKM and have referred them to friends & co workers many times over the years....which I don't do unless I am certain that they will treat them as fairly as they have always done for me.
RKM Heating and Air Conditioning has always given me outstanding service sometimes above what was required. In one instance in particular, there was a 120 degree day one summer, two weeks after my air conditioner had been serviced. It stopped working that day and I called RKM at 10 am. It was soon 4:30 pm and no one had shown up. I called the office and they said that the technician was having several requests that had been made before me but would show up. Sure enough, he showed up at 7:30 pm, fixed my air conditioner until 9 pm and didn't charge me a penny even though he could have if he wanted to. This technician had started at 8 am that day and worked through a very hot and dusty day! This is just one of the many stories that I could tell of superior service from RKM over the years that I have been a subscriber.
RKM did a great job on my recent furnace service. They inspected my system and performed a much needed cleaning. I would recommend their service!
