When Matthew arrives, as he has for several years of AC service from RKM, I know I am in good hands. He explains, he sets to work, he tells me what he is doing, he remembers details, he is thorough, and I trust him. Yesterday, not only did he service my AC system, but he also cleaned out my water heater as well as the dryer vent. Thanks, Matthew. You are the best.

Eric from RKM came out to service our AC unit. He was extremely professional. He found the problem we were having and gave us the best financial way to fix it. He didn't try to cheat us in any way! He fixed the problem and within a few hours, our house was cool! Because of him, we will be with the company for years and years!
I did not know who to call, but selcted RKM based on their Google reviews. Working with them was a good experience from the start. When I called at 7:30 a.m. on a cold morning, a real employee, Teresa, anwsered the phone and was pleasant and professional. She set up an appointment for the same day and was able to provide the name of the technician and the approximate time of arrival. Robert Flores arrived on time and also was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, made sure it would not happen again, and did not try to hustle us for more money or repairs.
It's always a risk to work with a company you don't know, and even more risky to have strangers in your house. Working with RKM was pleasant and well worth what we paid. I recommend them highly.

I had RKM do my annual system maintenance and cleaning. The technician was very professional, offered suggestions on improving my air quality inside my house (I have dogs) and (once again) reviewed the programmable thermostat with me. I would highly recommend these guys!
