I love this company. The techs are always friendly, polite, professional, and clearly explain what they're doing. Which is very helpful! I always appreciate the text message updates when they're on their way, too. Thanks for the timely maintenance! See you in 6 months.

RKM was prompt in their arrival, educational in their explanation of the problem, and fair and accurate in their estimates. They have great people to work with and I will not hesitate to use them again. I wish all businesses were like RKM!
