I can't say enough positive things about RKM. We've had them service our two systems in our home for several years and they've always been responsive to our needs. In our first experience with them, they made a repair to our system when several other companies would only discuss replacing the entire system. This year, we decided it was time to replace both systems due to age. During an hour-long discussion, our needs and desires were fully listened to and a very reasonable quote was the result. The removal of the old systems and installation of the new has gone flawlessly, and the professionalism shown during the entire process was top notch. If you need HVAC work, definitely put RKM at the top of your list!

Ron replaced the heat exchanger on our tankless water heater. He kept us in the loop for the whole process. He contacted Rianni regarding the warranty and came to install it. Very professional and on time.
