First of all I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jynessa for being so amazing on the phone and listening to my problems and helping to make me feel less stressed about my situation. She used to be a technician and she heard my problem and turns out it was something so easy that she helped me over the phone so I didn't have to pay for anyone to come out ! Her boss is definitely lucky to have someone so versatile and well trained working for him ! I don't have a certain company I use but I will be reaching out to RKM for any future maintenance and problems I may have all because of the amazing customer service provided by jynessa !
Cassandra gave amazing customer service I spoke to Cassandra about my heater and she was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for customer driven service and wholesome polite customer service representatives like Cassandra .

Understands how expensive plumbing problems maybe and works with you to lower the price. Definitely call RKM ASAP with any plumbing problems you may have.

These guys are the whole package professional, no nonsense, and honest they treat you with the utmost respect and don't take advantage of you to make that extra buck.Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and Alicia was very helpful and gave amazing customer service.
I was having a hard time getting help with my A/C unit anywhere else, Alicia there helped me so much explaining everything that would go on, and what was the best one for me! It was at a great value and they got there at the time I was home I did not have to wait all day! Bryan helped with the repair and installment. Great service overall! 10/10 would recommend for me!
