We had a new unit and new ducting put in a year ago. We've had 2 tune-ups and everything continues to run fantastic all year long. Jynessa was absolutely amazing at fitting me in last minute since my heater went out. She was able to move things around and answered all of my questions! Turns out she used to be a technician! She made sure to call after my service and make sure was satisfied, and I was more than satisfied! Without her I probably would have paid more money than I really had to. Robert the owner was super helpful as well in explaining what everything does so I can learn about my system and understand why maintenance is important! We now have a maintenance plan and I never thought I'd say I can't wait for my next service !
