Zack was very knowledgeable and professional during the visit. He explained what was needed and what our options were, and didn't push an up sale on anything.
We were pleased with the professional conduct of this company. From the office staff scheduling our maintenance to the technician, James. James was knowledgeable and knew his job well. We trusted him to inspect our airco/heater and suggest updates to keep our system running good. I would recommend this company.
James and Travis were the most professional and respectful guys. They were very thorough with their work and explained everything to us an did not push us to buy or have any work done we didn't need. I love the professionalism of all the workers that have came out to our home. I definitely recommend them.

Daniel and Moe came out to replace my furnace and provide better air filtration. They were very thorough and professional and cleaned up and did a very good job. I highly recommend Daniel and Moe and RKM.

Matthew showed up on time and was extremely patient even with our dogs going crazy. Thoroughly worked in the attic and was so quiet we almost forgot he was here. Quickly checked the outside units and talked over every payment option with us fielding every question we have. For our biyearly maintenance visits we will be asking for him personally !
Our technician's name was Ron. He was on time, went to work and serviced our HVAC system in short amount of time, checked our ducting and gave us some suggestions to get more efficiency for our house. He was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend using RKM ( ask for Ron )
