I'm so glad I called RKM when my air conditioning stoped working. I called on a Saturday morning . They were so kind and squeezed me in that afternoon considering temperatures hit 113 that day. Dillon was our technician. He was amazing!! My husband and I really appreciated the way he explained the repair that was needed to be done in a way we could understand. We will definitely use RKM again.
RKM sent Morgan out to our home, and he was so great in helping us work through and solve an issue with our AC, that was caused by repair work being done by Southern California Edison (power utility company) on the equipment that delivers power to our home. Morgan was fortunately able to repair the unit, and his help in explaining to me how it occurred and what part was needed to fix the AC unit was truly helpful and displayed his knowledge as a highly trained and experienced technician. Morgan was truly there to help us, he absolutely cared about the customer and the work he was doing to get our home back up with the AC unit. Also, Amy in the customer service center, was so helpful in the multiple calls I had to place to RKM, for scheduling someone last minute to come to our home. Amy was patient and happy to help every single time I called, and truly cared about wanting to help get the problem resolved for us. I absolutely recommend RKM, and thank you to Amy and Morgan for their great work and customer service.

SEAN DIBUONO of RKM consistently does an excellent job of repairing a/c units at my apartment community. He is very thorough and explains the issue in a calm, knowledgeable manner and is detailed in his explanations. He always makes sure that I am satisfied with the service before he leaves.
