Ron was my technician this time, I have been using this service for a couple of years now and they have been awesome for their services.
Great customer service, quick and efficient. Edward was really informative with the issues we were having. Brian was really good with installation of water heater and helpful with re- adjustments of filter. Overall great work and products!
RKM is the best. They install my HVAC systems 2 years ago and I have maintained a service contract with them ever since. The system runs great and the bi-annual maintenance through the service club keeps them running smoothly.
Great job responded in timely manner. Repaired all my issues in same day. My wife is no longer cold in mornings.

Ron Newcomb is very experienced, he quickly identified the issue and fixed it. And he patiently did a thorough check and made reasonable suggestions for making the AC running well.
Matthew was the tech that RKM sent out to look at our split duct AC unit. He was on time and very helpful. He gave me some great options on how to remedy the situation. Also, the customer service people were very nice and responsive. Two thumbs up.
Matthew Snyder, technician with RKM, has been servicing our HVAC and Flash Hot Water heater for a number of years. I always find the maintenance, customer care, and follow up to be extremely professional. I'll continue to count on RKM in those areas. The reminders that it's time to schedule service are always appreciated.
Today we had Ron come by to do a diagnostic of our home furnace. Ron is the real deal. He came in, and spent hours looking at every detail until he was able to diagnose the issues we are having. We have had several other technicians come out from other companies, who all failed to take the time to actually look inside the unit and do a sincere diagnostic. RKM was very helpful in making sure that our schedule was accommodated, and they had Ron come out the next day after we called. Not all hvac companies are built the same.
EDUARDO Was very professional , friendly, and polite. I like the fact that he was very clean and careful. I recommend this company and EDUARDO as a tech, very informative straightforward and would listen to any concerns. I called them to work on my condensers in the backyard He made sure I was comfortable with the work that was done and clear of any questions that I had.
