I've had nothing but positive experiences with RKM. It started with Jay coming out and giving me a quote. He proposed few options, from adding extra insulation, to getting additional returns, to installing fresh air returns. I went with the extra returns. Thats where Robert Jr and Brian came in to install. They were my techs and they were great!! I had two extra returns added to my upstairs unit, and they took their time figuring out the best position and were the returns were maximize my unit. They cleaned up after themselves, informative, and did a great job!! I called again because I had an issue pop up on something else, and Ron came out. He was so nice and walked me through the issue and how he would fix it. When he was done, he came down from the attic drenched in sweat but with a smile. We even talked about our dogs. I don't leave many reviews, but the service I've gotten from RKM has been amazing so far.

Thanks to the ladies in the office who got me scheduled with a technician to come out and get my AC up and running same day. Our technician was very efficient and patient with answering all my questions I had and concerns. I definitely will be working with RKM heating & Air conditioning again in the near future.
