Taylor set me up for an annual plan. The tech came to my home and did a professional diagnostic on the AC free of charge because I'm a member and then did a furnace maintenance. I'm a satisfied customer. I would like also mention that the technician Jay was very professional and thorough with the service provided. Thank you RKM Heating and Air conditioning for the service visit at our residence.
Brian came to diagnose my system, he was very honest and let me know what the issue was. RKM in whole is very professional and personable, it's good to know that businesses that provide quality service are still around.

Jay is a lifesaver not only does he explain everything from start to finish but he also found a gas leak. He cleaned everything a made everything brand new. Got our maintenance completed and managed to explain everything in a way where we can understand. Absolute best! RKM IS AWESOME! Definitely recommend!
