My HVAC just stopped working out of nowhere. It was blowing hot air, and I was in a panic since I know nothing about HVAC systems other than how to turn them on. Haha. I called my neighbor, who is very detail-oriented and researches everything. My neighbor gave me a number to call. I called the number without even knowing the company.
My technician, Pedro, showed up the next day. He went right to work. I asked a few basic questions, and he answered them all politely and even gave me tips on how to better protect my HVAC system. He also educated me on a few things about HVAC.
Fortunately, the problem wasn't major. Pedro fixed everything and even installed a few sensors to better protect my HVAC system and my home.
He showed me some of the new parts he placed on the HVAC and explained them in detail. Now my HVAC is so quiet when it turns on. Before, it was like a jet engine.
Now I know how to better care for it. I will 100% have them come around yearly for maintenance. My home is going to be a lot quieter during the summer now.
They were able to fit me in the schedule right away. Ron was on time, very professional, very knowledgeable and very courteous. He answered all our questions clearly and thoroughly. We will definitely will work with this company and this particular technician again when we need anything done.

Pedro with RKM diagnosed the A/C system not working as a thermostat problem quickly and fixed it. He was professional and answered all of our questions. I was pleased with the service.
Ron is just great! All of the techs that I've worked with at RKM for over 20 years are good and Ron is best of the best! He doesn't rest until a problem is resolved. I recommend RKM to all that want a reliable AC/Heating company.

All I want to say is Thank you. For coming back and fix my AC Unit. Terrance is a very good guy. He knows what he is doing. I had someone came before and there was an issue. However they sent a supervisor, who came and check my unit and did all the repairs needed.
