Jay from RKM arrived on time and treated my house very respectfully. He found out my issue very quickly and was able to remedy it the same day. I would definitely recommend RKM and Jay anytime.
My service technician Edgar was amazing. He arrived on time and serviced my two air conditioning units.
While he was in the attic completing his maintenance he smelled gas coming from one of our furnace units. He quickly informed me of what he found and started troubleshooting. There was a very small leak coming from one of the gas lines. Luckily it just needed to be tightened. I'm very glad that he noticed the leak and was able to take care of it quickly.
