I called RKM to replace my condenser, furnace, etc. a few months ago. The install was excellent (I wrote a review on Yelp if you want to take a look). I had a minor issue a few weeks ago and called to schedule service. Sean came out the next day and diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly. He gave me a lot of great details and the testing report, and I was incredibly pleased with his technical knowledge and attention to detail. I'm working on scheduling my Komfort Club routine maintenance/service and am excited to continue working with RKM to maintain the system for many years to come. Their technicians are top notch, and their customer service (Alicia, Kat, and a few others that I'm sure I'm missing...my apologies!) is incredible. I would highly recommend RKM.
