James came over and did some maintenance and was super quick and very polite my dog loved him
The professionalism of your technicians is supreme. Tech James was here today and he went through my entire system and explained each step clearly and made sure that I understood what was going on and what needed to be done now and in the future. I have already recommended RKM, but today I want to recommend not only RKM but Tech James as well. Thank you dispatcher for sending such a great young man. Blessing from Erick.

RKM is always fair and honest, and I appreciate that. They take my circumstances into consideration and don't pressure me, they just give me the pros and cons (and pricing) and then respect my decision.
Mohammed was my technician today, and as they've all been, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and conscientious about covering his shoes (though not necessary) and respectful of my cats; careful not to let them out.
