Jay came for the first time for my maintenance. I can only give him the highest marks. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make recommendations and EXPLAIN the reasons for the recommendations and what the benefits would be. Could not be happier with the service Jay gave. Just had my winter maintenance done for the furnace. I've been using RKM for a few years and they are always reliable. Jay was the technician today and was very prompt. He provided informative data on my unit and was very friendly and courteous.

Excellent experience with RKM, specifically Jay, Jason, and Jesus. RKM installed our system almost 10 years ago and we've had zero issues with it. We recently had a clogged drain from the furnace and Jay was meticulous in identifying the issue and providing several options to remedy the situation. We were able to schedule the repair immediately and are extremely satisfied with the work completed and the crew.
