This review is a little late. My old air conditioner was 23 years old and my furnace was 45 years old so I was overdue for an upgrade. RKM installed a new heat pump system last month including all new ductwork. Zach came out first to evaluate my situation. Marc arrived next to go over the specifics of what the job would entail. I was pleased that RKM handled the permit process and arraigned for the subsequent independent testing by Energuy. The installation crew consisted of Daniel and Chris. The crews were punctual and texted me to update on there arrival timeline. I was impressed that RKMs technicians included a photo of themselves with their text messages as an extra level of security. The whole process took two days and these guys were nonstop in their effort. Great work ethic. Afterword, Daniel explained the whole operation to my satisfaction. There was a third worker, I don't recall his name, who facilitated the removal of all the debris from the old ducting. He was fast and did an excellent job of cleaning up. From the first test run of my new system I could tell it was a vast improvement over the old one. Finally, Daniel emailed me pictures of the new equipment including the new duct work in the attic where I could not get to. Very complete job.

I had an excellent experience with RMK Heating from the initial contact, the initial visit from Ryan, to the installation team of
Gustavo and his partner. On all facets, they were here to help with what I needed which was a whole house fan. All were efficient, professional, quick and very respectful of the property.
I will be using them again to address my heating an AC units.

Seriously, Jasmine was awesome to talk to. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything. They were super flexible and worked with my schedule. I'd totally recommend giving them a call because they're polite, kind, and really got what I needed. Their communication was great, which is saying something because some companies just aren't. Jasmine was the best!
