We have used RKM for awhile now. Most, if not all of their technicians are personable. I have not had a bad experience yet. I would recommend them for so many reasons. And right now I don't have the time to list all those reasons. But try them out for yourself!
Juan was absolutely fantastic! He came in, thoroughly reviewed our system, and provided a complete diagnostic. Thanks to his expertise, we identified the issue and now have a clear plan moving forward. We're confident in RKM's professionalism and will be using Juan and the RKM team for all our HVAC needs from here on out!
