A huge shout-out to Mohammed, who truly went above and beyond. He was punctual, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that made sense, and he answered all of my questions without rushing. Not only did he diagnose the issue quickly, but he also made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Mohammed clearly takes pride in his work and cares about the comfort and satisfaction of his customers.
James was super professional and really knew his stuff. He was also super friendly and walked me through everything. I highly recommend him!
We had a leak in one of our offices and needed to contact an HVAC company. I found RKM to see if they were able to come out and they were able to help us immediately. They provide great service and even send you a text message with the picture and contact for your technician. Jay Zepeda was sent out to complete the services we needed. He walked me thru everything that needed to be repaired and also provided pictures of said damage. He lets you review and customize services based on your budget. If you don't know a lot about HVAC and need some e to wall you they the services he is your guy.
