Called to request diagnostic/service on our HVAC and got a quick response. Our service tech (Ron Newcomb) performed a thorough analysis, explained the issue and gave us a very fair price to perform the required service. This was our 2nd experience with RKM and they've delivered excellent service both times!
Marlon came out to troubleshoot our heating/air display thermostat.
He was very thorough in checking our forced air unit and our outdoor conditioning unit. He was also thorough in checking our air-conditioning ducks. He advised us on what we should take care of gave us an approximate dollar amount and was very courteous while doing all of the above.
Techinician Edgar arrived on time and was very polite. He took his time verifying that everything was okay with my system . He informed me of everything that could help me with the longevity and efficency of my system. Recommend RKM for all HVAC needs.????
Edgar came out to maintain my newer AC and did a great job . He was thorough and honest . He let me know every detail and what we could do for the system to extend its lifespan. Highly recommend tech Edgar .
Technician Sean Dibuono serviced my tankless water heater and did a good job. Upon arrival he presented himself and shook my hand. He was very courteous and friendly. I will recommend RKM to friends and family.
Robby & Isaiah from RKM installed our new heat pump, air handler and whole house fan last week. They explained what they were going to do, gave us additional information along the way and then walked us through how our new equipment works. Very neat, professional and did a great job with the installation. They cleaned everything as they went along and it was a pleasure having them around for a few days. We totally recommend RKM for their very informative evaluation and low pressure sales (Robert) and their great office staff (Taylor & Alisha)!
