Mohammed was great! Very knowledgeable, polite and personable. We've used RKM for a few years now and their professionals always take good care of us.
Brian and David came from RKM heating and AC to our home to give us an estimate on repairs and replacement of ducking. We have had consistent problems with the airflow to two of our back bedrooms and over the past five years no one has been able to help us. They came out and gave us several options for replacement And Repairs, we We were very pleased with their quick response in coming out their ability to present the options and alternatives to us in a very simplistic and easy to understand way. They were not pushing they were very pleasant and easy to understand and polite, and took the time To represent the company in a very factual and forthright manner

Bryan came to replace a motherboard for my AC unit. He was very professional, and courteous. He explained everything that I needed to know in detail and provided me with options. He did a phenomenal job in a timely manner. We also learned that he is in the army reserve. We appreciate all those who serve our wonderful country. Thank Bryan for your service to our home but even more to the service of our country.

RKM Heating and Air Conditioning installed my A/C unit and have continuously provided stellar customer service ever since. They recently serviced the unit by cleaning and replacing filters. As always, their technician, James, was reliable and well skilled.
Update: July 23, 2025- I am Comfort Club member for RKM Heating and Air Conditioning, and I recently had my HVAC serviced for yearly maintenance.
James was again my service technician, and he is AWESOME! A true professional who represents the company so well.
I highly recommend RKM because their customer service and professionalism is above board.
