Ron came by and stayed to make sure I was good to go. AC is back in action and he did well explaining to me the problem and my options.
RKM is always fair and honest, and I appreciate that. They take my circumstances into consideration and don't pressure me, they just give me the pros and cons (and pricing) and then respect my decision.
Mohammed was my technician today, and as they've all been, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and conscientious about covering his shoes (though not necessary) and respectful of my cats; careful not to let them out.
The technician James Todd is very professional, and knowledgeable. Our AC is being a pain and he and the company have been working tirelessly. James does great work. I recommend him and RKM for repairs and service for your AC, heating needs.
