RKM went above and beyond to install my new system during our last heat wave. My 23rd year old system finally failed and was time to be replaced. Jynesa came out late on a Friday evening to evaluate the current system and provide a quote for new system. They were able to accommodate the install for new system two days later on Monday. Even went so far to lend us portable AC units to keep the house cool until new unit was installed. Thank you so much to RKM for going above and beyond to help us. Ron, was very polite and courteous he diagnosed the problem. He explained the cause of the problem to us before starting the repair. Repair was completed within 40 minutes. Very satisfied with RKM service. Would highly recommend their service.
