Pedro Ortega with RKM Heating and Air Comditioning was phenomenal. He was professional and most importantly knowledgeable and informative. The service and reporting incorporate technology and provides data sp yiuninderstand the status of your HVAC systems. I highly recommend RKM.

Brian, Julio and Robert did a great job, answered all my questions, everything was fine.
Bryan and Robert were here today and after looking at the dryer duct, they were sure that all it needed was cleaning. They were very efficient and polite. They were here only about an hour and they said they got a lot of stuff out and said to call if we still had any problems.
Pedro was professional and took the time to explain everything, even things that were unrelated to the visit.
Sean did an awesome job with our maintenance today.
A part needed to be replaced and it was taken care of straight away after a quick drive to the office to pick it up. He arrived on-time and was very respectful of property.
