Oh my god, I can even overstate how much of a life saver RKM is. There technician James litterly just saved my life. I was melting into my floor suffering in the humid swamp that was my living room, when this amazing man showed up and fixed my ac whith in the hour. He single handedly save me from baking alive in my own house. Their technician was so professional and had amazing customer service. James saved me and my house from spontaneous combustion. 10 out of 10 will hire RKM and request James again, that boy deserves a raise ????

But the real star of the show was James (the technician who came to service my unit). James was not only punctual and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a way I could understand, and had my AC running like new in no time. His attention to detail, respect for my home, and genuine care for getting the job done right truly stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it made all the difference. I honestly can't recommend this service (and especially James) highly enough. If you're having any AC issues, don't hesitate to call these folks. Ask for James if you can you won't regret it!
