Duct Cleaning: Jason and Jesse were a great team, arrived on time, got straight to work, explained the process thoroughly, brought protective coverings for certain areas of the house where my belongings needed it, we're done swiftly and went above and beyond to address a couple of other additional items are requested. Corresponding with the office was also a positive experience, they addressed all questions to explain the process in advance and were friendly.

Jay came for the first time for my maintenance. I can only give him the highest marks. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make recommendations and EXPLAIN the reasons for the recommendations and what the benefits would be. Could not be happier with the service Jay gave. I am a member of the Comfort Club.
Just had my winter maintenance done for the furnace. I've been using RKM for a few years and they are always reliable. Jay was the technician today and was very prompt. He provided informative data on my unit and was very friendly and courteous.
